Marinate & refrigerate Swordfish for up to 12 hours with one bottle of Mandy's Gospacho. Grill fish. While grilling, in a separate pan saute peppers, onions, garlic, olives & capers. Remove fish from grill & smother with pepper mixture. Pour another bottle of Mandy's GoSpacho over all & let sit for 1 hour before serving at room temp.
Place 2lbs of your favorite seafood in a buttered casserole dish. Place favorite vegetables (frozen or leftover) on top of fish. Cut open one bag of cold Mandy's Seafood Chowdah & pour over all. Top with buttered crumbs or purchased seafood stuffing at the fish counter. Bake @ 400 degrees 20 - 30 mins.
Easy Peasy! Kids LOVE this quick dish! Prepare Mandy's Chowdah as directed on package omitting water (use full strength). At the same time cook pasta.Toss together pasta with veggies & Chowdah. Sprinkle with grated cheese. YUMMY!
